I can just say my money is well invested in buying this safe box . I am in need of a security box to secure my passport, important documents and for some other stuff to protect from theft and other malpractices.It is must in my view to have this in the place I am presently living .Initially I was looking at some other models where the product is overpriced and missing the requirements what I wanted . In a random pick I have seen this on black Friday deal and bought it for a better price to check this . As mentioned in the product it was same as it is .I brought the 4.2 cubic feet safe box which is perfectly fit for my requirement. I was happy to see the product is well packed and initially it is unknown to me to take the item out of the package . Somehow it is well insulated and safely I took it out on to the carpet with the help of my partner as it is little heavy which I cannot do it alone myself . The product design was good and the keys were packed in the cover which is outside of the box . They gave two safe box keys and 2 inner cabinet keys , batteries , backup battery pack and manual. There is a removable shelf , inner light and key rack also available. Also there is a keypad given to set the number lock password as an extra protection . One of the best thing I found here is one A4 sized fireproof , waterproof pouch was given to safely secure the important documents. The inner cabinet is where we can store some of the valuables which is spacious too. The safe box itself is having lot of space to store many things . I was using it from the day I got it . Till now I don’t have any issues with it . Keypad locking system is also easy just follow the steps given in the manual. Note : Always put the key outside of the safe box. If you ever put it inside and close the lock of the box you cannot open it unless you set keypad secure lock to open the locker. Overall i am satisfied with this and I recommend this product if anyone looking for it .

I have been using this product for the last few weeks, I just recently got married and have been storing our important documents inside of it, as well as some other valuables. It came in a box, it was easily picked up by me and able to be brought up a set of stairs. The installation was quick, although I did not anchor it down. Setup of the keypad was pretty straightforward and simple, and I like how it came with an external battery pack as a backup if we ever needed it. The fireproof bag that it comes with is also a good plus, it was able to fit a lot of important papers including 3 passports. The safe feels pretty secure and high quality, definitely something we wanted as we want to protect the documents from fire. I’ve developed a pros and cons list from my last few weeks of usage. Pros: • Easy setup, and easy to use the keypad and biometrics • Good build quality, the lock and door seem to be of good quality, I would trust my documents to be safely secured in there in case of a fire. Cons • Did come with some extremely minor scratches, it’s possible I may have caused them, however it’s nothing I can really tell unless I’m looking for it. Overall, I highly recommend it if someone is in the market for a safe.

The only thing missing is water and fireproof. Overall, I'm satisfied. It was easy to take out of the box eventhough this beast was quite heavy.. Basically cut around the bottom box and lift the box up, so you can get to safe. The hardest part is setting the codes and fingerprints. What you wanna do to set up the codes: Press the reset button twice then program your codes and hit #.. Repeat the process to confirm.. To set up the fingerprints: Press 11 then hit the red reset button once then program your fingerprints. Repeat the process to add more fingerprints. It's amazing safe once you get it working... The other lock inside is very spacious.. I know it's not recommended to leave spare keys inside, but I did it for the convenience of this video.. It seems the seller lowered the price after I bought it... To me it's a great deal and so far everything is working immaculate.. You also get batteries and battery backup, spare keys, manual, bolts.. I think you will love it once you get everything setup.. I'll report back in half a year or so in case it failed on me.. So far, 👍.. Edit: October 22, 2025. New years coming up real soon.. Still works great, and I still haven't replace the battery yet.. I think I bought it close to 2 years ago.. I'm confident this will last me a life time..

Ok got the safe in the house no issues packed nice moved safe upstairs. They must of changed this a little as the picture I saw online was different then what I got. Online there was a compartment on the bottom so you had a false floor this no longer has that option. Locking works fine no issues. The top cabinet that locks I feel is cheap as the door is plastic why have a lock on a plastic door. this was my only real complaint on this safe

Update six months after initial purchase: Service after the sale is amazing! I had a question about the safe and reached out to the seller through Amazon. They got back with me quickly, and I had already reset by pulling the batteries and putting them back in just like restarting a cell phone. I told Jinxnobi that it was fixed and thank you for getting back with me. Let’s just say they went above and beyond to make up for my inconvenience beyond belief. I am still amazed and my friends, family, and Neighbors are amazed too! This company stands behind its products! Below is my original review: I received the 4 cubic foot safe today. It was packaged very well. I was able to get the top of the package off and take the insulation out so I could slide the safe out of the box onto a quilt. I thought they forgot the instructions and I had no idea how to get into the safe so Google was my friend. I had keys but was clueless to see where to use them and a video showed me, so I open the safe and found the directions. The directions were pretty simple but, the codes were not working when I was trying to set them which included the key code and the fingerprint code. Of course I had already installed the batteries. I went back and googled the safe with questions and answers and reviews and found that many people had the same problem including somebody who was sending the safe back because they couldn't set the codes. I read where people said to hit the red button two times and that worked for them to get the codes done and I tried everything, but it just was not working. I decided to pull the batteries out and put them back in and I mean just the plastic piece with them already in because I had the batteries properly inserted. I was hoping a reset might take place just like restarting a phone or a computer. It worked because I put in my key code and it worked the first time and then I did my fingerprint and it worked the first time after I pulled the battery casing out and put it back in. I hope this helps someone else because I was getting pretty discouraged especially after reading that other people had the same problem. The safe is heavy duty and I actually thought it was going to be fireproof and waterproof, but when I read after the fact, I realized that was for much more expensive safes that I had checked into while shopping for this one that were fireproof and waterproof. I just got the safe today and so far I think that it is going to be just fine. I usually don't do a review the first day but I wanted to share about how I got the codes set so it could possibly help others. I would recommend this safe to a family member or friend because I think it's a good value for the price.

The top safe has one set of two keys, plus an emergency set of keys; the bottom safe has two identically marked keys as the top safe. However they cut differently than the top safe keys. The keys to the top safe are not interchangeable with the locks on the bottom safe. You need the keys and the unlock code to get into the top safe; or the keys and the emergency keys to get into the top safe. The bottom safe requires the code you programmed into it and a twist of the knob to gain access, or the safe keys and a twist of the knob to open. The manual talks about a red button to push to get access to some programing features. It says the button is on that back of the safe, it is not. It is on the back the safe door! I don't think the safe is "Water Proof." I think it is a good safe, at least for my needs. I think the manual needs to be rewritten. Also, I would buy it again. Amazon delivery did a great job. I think the high return on the safe due to a poorly written manual.

This is a solid and secure safe, however the electronics leave something to be desired. I like almost all of the features this safe has to offer. I just wish the bio-metrics would work as advertised. The flush front and the wrap around heavy steel door, with deadbolts are all features that are very desirable. The interior LED light is nice, but could be a wider beam and stay on longer (a time select switch would be nice) once the door is opened. I initially set our combination and bio-metrics for my wife and me. Fortunately the combination still works, but in less that 10 days neither of our tried and true fingerprints would open the safe. I'm glad there is an alternative way to open this device as I cannot rely on the bio-metrics. The interior is nicely finished and will accommodate a cash box and plenty of room for hand guns, ammo and more, the locking upper compartment is roomy with space for small documents, spare keys, precious metals and cash. If the bio-metrics feature isn't that important to you, then this may be a good product to consider.

Moved to my new apartment the past year and have been looking for a safe box to install so I can keep my personal belongings safe. Found this and am pleasantly surprised! I was initially hesitant because the brand is not really that prominent but the quality of this product is topnotch! Reset, lock, unlock functionalities are very intuitive. The safe is heavy and sturdy. It was two levels/shelves inside to hold your valuables so it’s extremely spacious. I love the digital display as it features date and time, as well as the turnknob because it’s very ergonomic and easy to turn. Also like the alarm feature for that extra layer of protection. I don’t think the unit itself is fire or waterproof but it does come with a fire and waterproof bag for this purpose. Must have of every household!!!
