This is a really great product. It has super strong suction that picks up every hair and dust, and I like the heat and uv light function that provide a level of sanitation to the surface as well. The item itself is made of nice feeling hard plastic and materials which does not feel cheap to the touch at all and gives it, instead, a pleasant premium feel. Product easy to use, plug the cord and just press one button. It is a bit heavy, but it actually helps to keep the product in contact with the surface and make the uv work. Only thing I don't like is that you can't empty the dust basket without removing the filter too, making the process a bit more messy than required. All in all though, I say it is 100% worth the money if you are the kind of person who loves sleeping in a spotless bed (no hairs, no mess) - a welcome upgrade from using a lint roller.

The suction power is awesome and you can see the mattress and spreads getting cleaned in minutes. Can see loads of dust being sucked from pillows too. Though the price is a bit on the higher end, you feel that your bed is clean after every use. It's tough to use it for the headboard or any vertical cleaning as it's a bit heavier. Build quality is good. Comes with an extra filter. Easy to use even if it's the first time.

Received today, cleaned my mattress, mattress protector, sheets, pillows, sofa, very impressive, picked up fine dust, even used the machine to clean my hand made rugs, it did a very good job in no time at all, very easy to take apart for cleaning, comes with a small cleaning brush and spare filter cap, good 5 metre cable, easy to store away in a small cupboard, I will probably use it once a week for my mattress and bedding, furniture, rugs, just a warning, it’s a little on the heavy side so don’t expect to use vertically if you have weak wrists for one reason or another, very happy with purchase, I would recommend.

Am always a bit careful leaving review for electric things as you never know how long the product will last. I have used this twice now on my bedding. I found really useful youtube videos for how to use and also maintaining the product- cleaning etc. I was concerned about the weight but as its literally just used horizontal it doesn't present an issue. Usage is simple with 3 function. Hoover, hoover and tapping ( ie pounding the material) and uva light the function can be used seperate or all together. The uva light is activated on contact with the material when selected works on flat horizontal surface/ bedding. The heat wasn't too noticeable ie directly from vents on to the actual bedding but I did feel it generated some heat as there are side vents and these let out a bit of heat. Not sure it reaches the temperature the manufacture claim thoe. The maintaining- cleaning is very simple only criticism is the brushbar. It can be difficult to refit to the belt slightly old school design and I wasn't sure I was doing it correctly. But after watching youtube and trail and error it's now second nature that said not quite sure how this would work if it snapped or if repairs offered obviously your covered by manufacture warranty but is it classed as wear and tear? Or user error? So be careful. I had a hoover one prior and it was great but the filter wasn't replaceable and after a while I decided to upgrade to this as the filters are replaceable. I recently bought 4 filters for £20 so very affordable. Overall I would recommend this product and it's great for its intended purpose or even if you have small carpets or rugs . I haven't had any issues with the lead that's similar to a lead you plug into a kettle. Mentioning as others felt it came loose. It hasn't been issue for me.

This is the Big Brother, Industrial version of similar models out there. A serious piece of kit , it takes no prisoners! General quality of build ,including robust cable , is far superior to others I’ve tried . Only slight downside: as it’s built to last, it’s heavier than most . Not an issue if being used for its intended purpose as a mattress cleaner. Definitely worth the extra £s as is more efficient and will last the test of time , whilst being easy to use. Very pleased with it . Thoroughly recommend!

It’s a good vacuum cleaner but the handle came off after 6 months of use.

Does the job. Collected a lot of dust. Use it on our sofa and bed. Love the lights which detects area that is high in dust. Heat function really works. Worth the money. It is slightly heavy but ok since i didn't need to press while vacuming. Its weight helps with this. Straight forward to use. Just turn on ans vacumm.
