I have used bio freeze for many years, whenever I needed it for relieving muscle & joint pain. I find it very effective. The relief after each application is long lasting.The delivery of my last order for bio freeze was on time as scheduled, & arrived securely packaged.

It works very well as cold pack instead of fiddling with a cold pack. Easy to use, smell not too strong and helps calm down inflammation. Will buy again.

Brilliant stuff. I use it for a multitude of things;- The obvious one is muscular pain. If you pull a muscle or sprain something this is quite comforting to use. I wouldn’t say it gets rid of pain but when you’re suffering this certainly helps a small amount.- hot feet. I suffer terribly when it’s warm or if I drink alcohol with burny feet. Sometimes they swell sometimes they just feel really hot. I rub this in and it takes the heat out of them to enable my evening of drinking or a comfortable nights sleep.- hot skin. Speaking of drinking, I have a friend that usually ends up in her underwear because she gets so hot when drinking. Whilst we’re all happy for her to strip (been friends for years and she has a cracking bod) this helps take the heat out so she doesn’t need to parade in front of the neighbours outside or her Uber driver.- Stiffness. Sometimes when I wake up with a stiff neck, I use a massage machine which heats the area and the skin. This on afterwards is good to try and relax it all after.Don’t do what my husband does and tries to apply directly to the skin as it will roll off and land on the floor. Squirt it into your hand first and then rub it in.You will need to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. The smell is quite strong and does linger. And you don’t want to get this anywhere near your eyes.Happy rubbing! 😄

Expensive, smelly and mildly effective would be my initial thoughts about this product, both myself and my wife have tried this and the results have been mixed, for starters unlike deep heat and muscle rub etc this stuff is very light and slippery, I.e if you put some on your knee and don't start rubbing it in immediately, it'll either end up on the floor or by your feet. There is a distinctive menthol type smell which is pretty strong, but not as bad as deep heat/muscle rub.On my back it felt cold upon application and after covering it did indeed get colder, and was cold for quite a while, but imho it was no more effective than deep heat gel which cost over a fiver less, on my wife's knee and foot she felt very little, and when she did it felt hot ?. But the effects were slightly better than deep heat.Once applied it's time to wash your hands, deep heat is pretty hard to remove off our nails Biofreze is a lot easier, but for quite a while afterwards my fingers stung.I bought this product off the back of so many rave reviews, it is very expensive for what it is and it's effects appear to be inconsistent, I wouldn't buy anymore, as I've discovered that deep heat and a bag of frozen peas is more effective and a lot cheaper. However If the price was less than a fiver I would recommend trying it, especially if you've tried everything else and seen no improvement.

For me personally my knees & for muscle pain when needed , found it really works well Good product.

This tube of gel is so handy to have in your bag to help relieve pain on the go.It's minty menthol smell is very pleasant and has an added bonus of helping clear your sinuses too.The green gel has a tendency to not behave quite as you'd expect, so if Ike me you have it for back pain, it can fall off your finger as you twist round to apply it. If that happens, be careful as it may stain some fabrics. My reason for not giving 5 stars.From a pain relief perspective it's great, fast working and definitely relieving for an hour or so. And is non greasyIf I wake up at night in pain, I no longer reach for pain meds, but pop on some biofreeze & it helps me get back to sleep.I would definitely recommend this product.It lasts a long time, just onto my second tube.Available from other suppliers but most competitively priced, although not cheap & fast delivery from Amazon
