I was recommended these by a family member after I rescued a kitten that came with a flea infestation. It was a nightmare trying to get rid of them, I tried those spot-on gels and various sprays on furniture, but nothing seemed to work but these! Within an hour of giving the tablet, the fleas starting dying. When my kitten got up from laying down on my desk, there was many incapacitated fleas left behind, which proves it really does work, and that you need to be constantly hoovering! I hid the tablet inside a meat stick treat and gave one to both of my cat with no issues, so they are very easy to administer. Your cat might get hyperactive and start itching frantically for the first few hours, and this is normal and it means that the fleas are interacting with the tablet, dying and falling off. Also, cleanup is key, these do kill the fleas on the cats, but you must vacuum your house regularly to catch stray eggs. The fleas might return after a week or so (from hatching again), so you may need to give a second dose and continue the treatment as per the instructions. At £7 for a pack on sale, they are price competitively with other treatments, and this has multiple doses so I’d argue that it’s way better, given that it actually works. Worth every penny.

Having tried many different flea treatment options, including many different spot on solutions I was very skeptikal about this product as nothing seemed to really work. However, I must honestly say this product works the best out of anything else out there. Our female cat had got fleas so bad to a point that she was getting covered in cuts and scabs from scratching so much, her fur was getting so bald and thin in places it was awful, but we could no longer try spot on products due to the fear of the product getting into a cut / open wound. She would not eat any food this was hidden in, whether broken up, crushed up, or whole.... she knew it was in there and wouldn't touch the food, so I reluctantly resorted to dropping a whole pill into her throat. For the first hour or so she was super itchy and excessively grooming herself, which I thought was a good sign that something was happening. The next day however, she is noticeably much much more calm, and on inspection of her fur there seems to be no fleas at all on her already. You can give these tablets as often as you need to as they don't offer 'upto 6 weeks protection' like the spot on solutions claim...... but it's not too expensive to just give her another as and when needed to keep the fleas under control. I think this treatment, combined with regular hoovering / cleaning of the house seems to finally be the answer to our cats comfort, and keeping those pesky fleas at bay! This definitely deserves the 5 star review, fantastic stuff.

I don't often write reviews for products bu for this I felt I had to. I have spent nearly £150 in the last year battling fleas on my cat and in my home. I have used some of the top recommendations from the best brands, numerous flea treatments for the cat spray, powders, flea traps and so on. Then I can across these tablets as a last ditch effort. I could have saved myself £130. Gave to may cat on the 28th December, there was no fuss he ate the tablet up with his treat,( understandably not everyone’s cat is this easy to take tablets), within the hour there were some dead fleas on his sleeping spot. I brushed him through with a nit comb and more fell off. Treated the house again with sprays and washing bedding etc on high temp. It is now 3rd January and no fleas on the cat or in the home. My cat is now happy and content. Bottom line this tiny tablet rid our house of pests and has saved me spending another fortune on treatments.

Great dies as it should my cats sometimes hard sneak them in there treats but once taken soon work

My cat was itching and grooming a lot, and after noticing 1 or 2 fleas on her bedding, decided to treat her. Tried the spot on drops that were useless, but these tablets are amazing. Gave her 1 tablet and within half hour she was scratching away, and 4 docile fleas fell off her!! Gave her 1 more tablet 2 days later but she was fine and no effect. So the small infestation that she had, has gone. Would highly recommend.

These will absolutely kill any ADULT fleas that are currently on your cats without fail BUT they're not a one and done problem solver on their own and need to be used alongside with any other methods of treatment to get rid of the fleas long term which can in itself take several months. In addition to using these tablets you'll need to use other preventative and active treatments relentlessly on both your cat and home, vacuum every inch of your house daily, every nook and cranny where flea eggs, larvae or pupae may hide and clean all surfaces, bedding or clothing your cat(s) sleep on daily on a hot wash. If your cats are bad enough you'll notice an immediate drop in the number of live adults with these tablets but like I said above, you MUST be proactive and keep up preventative measures to target every other stage of their life cycle or you'll be back at where you started before long.

Yes, they kill fleas but it only lasts about 5minutes and the cats are infested again the next day! Highly frustrating!

Exactly what they are made for.. i always use these along with household flea spray and flea shampoo for cats as part of my twice yearly flea prevention. They will not work alone!
