I find it fits my nose well (I have an average size nose I think). Adhesion is excellent as long as the skin is clean and dry. Sometimes it sticks a little too well! Excellent value and they have become essential for my sleep. I can breathe so much easier and often wear them during the day, especially when I'm bunged up with a cold.

Overal these are very good specially on value and quality. They fit nice and they keep your nostrils open which is what you want . The down side is the adhesive is to strong, Yes they stay on your nose unless your skin is greasy but as I usually wash my face before putting these on my skin is greaseless and the glue on these stick the patch down well , just to well , as when its time to take off in morning these have stuck down to well and even when carefully taking off it brings the blood to the surface and sometimes it rips the skin and if like me you use them every time I go to bed otherwise I have to sleep in spare room then it damages my skin terrible. I have tried to pat the glue a couple of times with my fingers to make some of it less sticky but still sticky enough to stay on. After several attempts, I have worked out roughly how much stickiness to remove but thats just my personal settings. It might be brilliant for you but if you have sensitive skin as well as thin skin which I have due to illness you need to be careful. At the end of it all these are excellent value and the seller got these out to me very fast they actually arrived a week early. Great seller.

I have narrow nasal passages which makes it harder for me to breath through my nose at night when lying down. These nasal strips really work well and i avoid getting a dry throat from breathing through my mouth all night. To really be successful with these strips and other brands, you really must wash your nose with soap and water and dry thoroughly before applying. The adhesive is pressure sensitive so I hold down the strip firmly for 60 secs (min 30 secs). If you do this and don't touch the adhesive side when putting on, these will stay put all night (8 hrs+). Be sure not to place them too low or too high on your nose as that will impact effectiveness. Follow the instructions for best results.

If i could give 0 stars, I would The adhesive is absolutely awful, even when ive cleaned and dried my face it lasts less than an hour before starting to unstick regardless of what I try. Quality and size dont feel good compared to others, yes they're cheaper but for good reason. Genuinely dont waste your time, order the ones that are more like £10 for other companies and they'll actually work. Very ineffective

This is the second batch of Harmony Life nasal strips I have bought over the last year. The first batch was good quality and did the job as promised. I had also recommended this product to a few others. Compared to the first batch, the most recent batch is of pathetic quality - the plastic spine is thinner and doesn't help flare up the nostrils, the glue is poor and doesn't stick overnight, and the size is smaller even though it was still marked Medium. Overall, really bad quality. I would no longer recommend this to anyone.

They do the job. Not always staying in place all night. But I will say still good value and they do help.
