Excellent microscope! Good quality materials and easy to use. The only downside is the phone piece came covered in some weird sticky goo, but luckily it was individually packaged and didn't affect anything else. The goo was easily removed with some vegetable oil on a paper towel, followed by a rinse in dish liquid and water. But otherwise, it's an excellent microscope and I would recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I got this microscope because I love science and I always wanted one. I couldn’t afford a bigger, more expensive version so I got this and it did great. My only complaint is the amount of dust that was in the stage lens and the lack of helpful directions. It does give basic instructions, but for an adult who has not used a microscope since they were a child, they may not remember *anything* about it and the instructions are not detailed enough for beginners. For instance, I could not figure out why I couldn’t see through the eyepiece. It turned out that I didn’t know the additional lens had to sit inside of the eyepiece. The dust was so heavy that I could not see my samples good at first but I managed to clean it with canned air. I’m giving 5 stars because despite the 2 issues I had, the abilities of this little microscope is amazing and well worth it. The photos I’ve attached are: (2 of Old Ted provided samples): small intestine & mosquito. Salt speck. The video included is: a sample of rain water from my backyard. It’s AMAZING what you can see with this!

My kids are using for botany study. The microscope seems sturdy and the lens seems like a quality made product. Kids had a blast looking at the cells in plant leaves and flower petals

Great starter microscope that we were able to experience with 6 y.o. It came in a great packaging and as soon as we got it out from the box it was so easy to figure out how it works following the instruction guide . It comes with 10 different specimen slides and 5 blank ones . We tried couple from the set and my boy wanted to look at wood stick and rice grain and he was fascinated. This Microscope has 3 objective lenses which magnify the object by different amount that are 4x, 10x and 40x.So try out what you like the most. All I can say that this microscope is a great educational edition and great tike spent away from TV. I'm sure we'll be using it even when my son will be older and I can't be more than happy with the purchase. Definitely recommend

This microscope won’t disappoint! It works awesome. Clear instructions, very sturdy and well built. I would highly recommend this to anyone scrolling through microscopes. The bonus gift is a little card that’s included with the microscope of cute little family. This is a small family run business that I am more than happy to support. Would definitely buy again if I need another microscope.

My 10 year old loved her microscope. It is really nice you get two different light sources. The included sample specimens are awesome (intestine tissue, ants, bee,plants, etc.) And the build quality is excellent, I can clearly see this microscope being useful for a lifetime.

I love this microscope! It is so easy to use and you get so much for your money. It is an amazing product I am so happy that I got it. The prepared slides are amazing and look so cool, the lighting is really good and works perfectly and the instruction manual is super easy to use. I love everything else about it too. If you are looking for microscopes to get, I would definitely suggest getting this one!

Kids liked experimenting with it but it’s not that scientific of a microscope. Great for younger kids who have a love for science though.

I bought this for my son and it's such a cool gadget, even for adults.You can play with it for hours!It gets easier to use the more you play around with it.

This is the best microscope for beginners. I’ve used mono and bifocal compound microscopes during my school and college days and this is what comes closest to it. Did a lot of research on similar products and this came up on top. If you’re planning to buy something for your kids or yourself this is what will tick many boxes. We’ve been enjoying it with pre prepared slides and were able to prepare a slide by ourselves. The phone holder works well however, needs to be handled by adult to ensure good quality photos can be clicked. A very good microscope given the price range.

Very light kids have to hold base while making adjustments. But everything works the way it should.

This is a great little microscope for the price. It isn’t plastic so very sturdy! The only issue that I had is that the power switch has two positions - one for the stage light and one for the lower light. This is not stated in the instructions even though there is a clear picture of the power switch. Minor issue. See the great picture of kidney!
