J-B Weld Plastic Bonder Structural Adhesive

Absolutely brilliant very strong best clue ever used.

Used to fix cracks in wheeled bin. Does a good job and the weld seems robust

The only stuff i have tried that properly bonds to PE and TPO plastics. Yes you need an adhesion promoter like 3m's TPO promoter spray but it makes a strongggg bond. Only problem is this stock comes from the US and either the hardener or epoxy, i forget which, tends to be blocked by the time we get it. It's happened to me on 3 of 3 purchased from different sources. UK equivalent of this is powermaxed plastic bond (from jbweld parent company)

The hardner had gone solid in the tube so unusable. Would imagine it was well past its self life .

Worked ok to bond my brass fittingsback to my plastic car bumper

I let it dry overnight and the next day it held! I used it on a 30 litres poultry waterer with an "unbreakable plastic tank". It would have been difficult to squirt out the right amount but I needed all of it. So I just squeezed out all of it. I'm honestly surprised that it worked. I've used JB weld before but I'm impressed now.

Welded a structual piece of plastic on a broken lawnmower roller, under pressure when in use and seems to be holding fine.
