From the original JB Weld company
Have picked this item before as I've used the original JB Weld and with good results. I am a returning buyer and this item being very good in comparing market. It has very good bond strength and sets hard after a few hours. Tip! use gloves and have a small amount of water to wet when mixing.

Works well.
Good bond to my waterbut. Needed to seal the input drain pipe that was leaking. Fixed it with this. No leaks, does need a bit of working to get it right and takes a good while to cure. But decent product overall.

A good quick fix waterproof putty
This worked very well at sealing a crack in the white plastic waste pipe from my gas boiler, it was dripping constantly, it can be a bit messy, next time I will wear gloves.

Not very good in wet conditions
When it's wet it becomes slippery and you cannot apply it correctly, will never buy again

Get some - really works well
Bought this in a last ditch effort to fix a leaking soil pipe. Leak was caused due to a split in the pipe where someone one had bodge fitted a junction from the shower waste pipe into it. The nuclear option i.e removal of the soil pipe would have caused significant disturbance to the bathroom. I packed this around the broken junction which was quite inaccessible. This stuff is super sticky when mixed and you have to accept that your hands will be covered in it by the end of your job (clean off with isopropyl alcohol). Takes about an hour to go fully off…. But it worked and it stopped the leak. Dries rock hard. I made sure to rough up the area first with sandpaper and clean it with isopropyl alcohol. Very happy with the results. Would use again

Small repairs only.
Not impressed with this product. It is not difficult to use but I would only recommend for very small, dry leaking points. Applying to larger leaking/wet areas does not work well in my experience, even though it says it sets under water.

Brilliant stuff
Brilliant stuff, but worth watching some U-Tube videos first on how to apply it.

It works - mostly
Nothing else I tried worked. This stopped a leak from a water butt whilst the water was still spurting out. This helped save me a lot of money, when other things didn't work. - Edit - whilst initially working once it dried out it fell off after a couple of weeks. It may need some tape to hold it in place. It still worked better than other attemps.

Exactly what I needed. My kitchen sink has a little C-clamp piece that holds the pull-down faucet hose, and it kept slipping off — once it fell straight into the garbage disposal while the disposal was running 😳. Of course the sink model is discontinued, so replacing the part wasn’t happening. This WaterWeld putty was the perfect solution because it’s moldable (like Play-Doh), gap-filling, and made for wet environments. I dried the area, wiped it down to remove grime and oils, then cut off a small piece and kneaded it until the color was uniform (took about a minute). You don’t get a ton of working time, but it was easy to press into place and shape. Pro tip: use gloves, and rough up the area firsst. It started firming up quickly and cured fast enough that I felt comfortable using the faucet again later the same day. It’s now holding the clamp solidly and I’m no longer living in fear of the “garbage disposal snack attack.” Only downside: the working time is short, so have everything ready before you start. Otherwise, this did exactly what it promised and saved me from replacing a whole fixture. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
