Solgar Natural Source Liquid Vitamin E - 59.2 ml, (Pack of 1)

I like the fact this liquid Vitamin E is made from natural rather than synthetic Vitamin E. I have noticed that my skin has a nice glow since taking it and I just feel better overall. Would recommend.

I actually didn’t buy this to take as an oral supplement so can’t say how it tastes. Instead I add a couple of drops to my moisturiser for arms, legs & neck area, as recommended by Liz Earle. Just gives it an extra bit of oomph! Easy to use with the dropper. Would buy again.

Good quality and my preferred way of absorbing vit E

It’s my third bottle and I couldn’t imagine life without it anymore. I use it on my face just before going to bed and I wake up nicely moisturized and ready to go. Love this stuff...

Great product and I like the fact it's got all 4 Tocopherols. It's definitely much better than having only D-Alpha-Tocopherol. I use it in drinks, skin, etc. and I'm very pleased with it. I would have liked this to have the other missing parts of the Vitamin E, which are the 4 Tocotrienols.

Solgar is always the best. Take vitamin E in gradually increasing doses for great results. (read up on the dosages). I am currently at 2 droppers a day. I have used it for my skin too (face mostly) and the result is amazing.

Bottle was broken when I was pealing off the plastic seal. Can’t use at all

Nutritionists recommend vitamin E for raw fed dogs so I use this daily in their food. I honestly don’t know what difference it makes except perhaps in their general health and longevity, and both are ok so far.
