Purchased this product a few times and it has never been better quality it is amazing for the price and it is great value for money it is so easy to swallow and its strength is not too much and does not cause crash outs it does helps with your sleep quality and it also helps if you have a issue with deficiencies in this vitamin C. Both - its huge size & chalky texture(prone to sticking) makes it an arduous challenge to swallow. Time-release thingy - IF true to it's claim should surely be welcome.

these seem good, I've been taking them past year, they are big and supposedly show release, 1 day however i break them in half and take half 12hr apart, being vit c they can be sour, drink plenty or better with food
