A longer handle to provide longer reach and leverage if needed

I bought this short handle to replace my old one which I had had for about 10 years. I like the brand and have a few bits and pieces of theirs. One thing I noticed is that the handles deteriorate if left out in all weathers and loose their all important locking functionality. I am now bringing the handles indoors - a shed would do. The tools which I have do not suffer the same fate as they have no moving parts. Anyway, a garden always looks better when there are no tools left where last used. IMO

Holds a variety of garden tools and I can use it to wash windows and frame from inside using the window attachment.

Brilliant just the job

Part of a multi tool set. I own the 10cm weeder (hoe) attachment. Excellent for tight weeding areas on densely planted borders or raised beds.

I have used Wolf Garten tools for a few years now. My Grandad got me onto them. Easy to use and they have a decent range of attachable tools. Not the cheapest to buy but my Grandad always said " buy cheap buy dear" meaning buy cheap buy twice. So only expensive if they don't work and I have not had a problem. I would recommend this range.

Kaufgrund: Zum ersten Mal brauchten wir Gartenequipment, um eine Gartenfläche mit Beeten zu bewirtschaften. Der Kurzstiel ist dabei eines von mehreren Produkten aus der gleichen Produktlinie, die wir uns gekauft haben. Der Kurzstiel ist vor allem für die Kleinarbeit direkt am Beet gedacht. Lieferumfang und Inbetriebnahme: Der Kurzstiel wurde gut verpackt geliefert und befand sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Alle Wolf multi-star Geräte können mit Hilfe des Klicksystems genutzt werden. Bei uns wackelt hier nichts. Alle Aufsätze passten bisher. Qualität und Funktionalität: Der Alu-Kurzstiel liegt gut in der Hand und ist etwas größer als der Kleingerätestiel. Das Material ist etwas wertiger, als beim Kleingerätestiel und man kann sowohl, im Alubereich, als auch im Plastikbereich gut anfassen. Auch bei diesem Stiel macht es natürlich keinen Sinn, die richtig großen Aufsätze zu verwenden. In bodennaher Arbeit eignen sich hier also auch vorrangig die multi-star minis und einige kleinere andere Aufsätze. Fazit: Der Alu-Kurzstiel liegt gut in der Hand und erfüllt seine Funktion ausgezeichnet. Alle Aufsätze passten bisher gut drauf und nichts wackelte. Da keine offensichtlichen Mängel vorlagen, also 5 Sterne für ein sehr gutes System und diesen Kurzstiel. Ob man nun diesen Kurzstiel für Kleinarbeiten nutzen möchte oder lieber den Kleingerätestiel, ist sicherlich Ansichtssache. Das muss jeder für sich herausfinden. Ich kann ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn ein Langstiel zu unpräzise ist und man direkt am Beet arbeiten möchte.

Wolf Garten produce attrezzi di ottima qualità: ne ho acquistati parecchi negli anni, e se mantieni la fedeltà nel marchio l'intercambiabilità del manico forma nel tempo un kit veramente completo e adatto a tutte le esigenze; si lavora bene e non ci si stanca oltre il necessario. Ho acquistato un kit, quindi troverete la medesima recensione in più articoli; sono pigro, non ho voglia di scrivere un sacco di cose ogni volta.... :)
