Clear choice for me, glad i got one..
Background- I'm an engineer who recently got back into cycling after my daughter got a bike. Put together a street cruiser BMX suitable for a 6'2" daddy, which ended up getting used on the commute either end of a train journey. I wanted a simple but good rear brake light, bright, light weight, pocketable. Found this.. you've read the spec wont repeat it here, so.. Its at a bargin price, very good design, simple & reliable to use, amazing amount of light on highest setting, more than adequate on the lower ones, takes up next to no room & can charge it at your desk. I still use an LED torch as my front light, but for me as a rear light, this was a clear winner over the alternatives. 20minutes use a day on low to medium I go a good while between charges. Saving the highest setting for FoG. Would like to see spare elastics available though, knowing how prone i am to losing such things. Buy with confidence, recommended. I love it.

This is a beautifully designed light and worth every penny
This is a beautifully designed light and worth every penny. I have tended to go cheap when it comes to bike lights and I've always regretted it. So when shopping around I homed in on this because of the obvious care that had gone in to the design. You see many lights which are all the same generic mass produced unit with a re-branding applied, built to a price. This looked unique. I'm glad I spotted it.It comes with a carry pouch, a selection of spares and various sized rubber retainers so there's certainly one to fit the host bike best. The latex shim that sits between the light and whichever post you choose to fix it to not only provides a robust friction to hold the light in place but also seals the charging port. There are a good selection of light modes and thankfully the light remembers the last one selected so no more prodding at a button to get to your favoured mode. Turning off and on again is a snap, just hold the button for a second or two. It's really bright and seems to have good battery life. I haven't charged mine since I bought it a few weeks ago, though I admit my commute is fairly short. The producers of the light are obviously proud and of and confident in their product and I get the feeling that if there was a problem it would be resolved instantly. It's unusual these days to have a proud producer. So I went ahead and bought a second light for my son - that's how impressed I am. I'm considering trying out the matching front light when funds allow.(Sorry for the rotated images but you get the idea..!)

Decent light with various settings with memory.
First, Wasn’t clear here what the IPX rating is just says “Waterproof”Checking a few other product reviews on other platforms they stated IPX-5 on the packaging it states IPX-3 (see photo)Now neither are “Waterproof” but water resistant. Look up the IPX values to understand the difference in levels. The unit is well sealed aside from the USB port which is open. This is “Sealed” by a rear silicon cover which when attached to the bike should apply sufficient pressure to create a seal. Indeed this might be better that other types with a more accessible rubber cover as the pressure ensures it won’t be exposed. I’d be wary moving the unit though should it be wet as water could get in.Plenty of O-Rings for fitting and make it easy to move from bike to bike or remove to charge.Various flash/brightness settings and appears to have a memory function in that it remembers the last setting when turned on - which is great.Overall product/price wise. Pretty good.Longevity -time will tell. I tend to update such reviews if I consider it failed prematurely.May update:Changing to 5 stars.Light continues to work well and no issues in wet weather.Maybe I missed it in the instructions but it also has a low level battery warning. First a small LED flashes on the component board inside and the flash setting defaults to slow flash (Lowest battery draw) which can’t be changed until the device is recharged. I like this as it means I’m not unnecessarily recharging so increased device life span.

best rear light ever had
best rear light ever had. In terms of build quality its easily up there with much pricier lights by Cateye, lezyne, blackburn. topeak. Ive owned them all and this is really as good at a much lower price. The output is also superb. great side visibility too, and the usb charge slot is pretty much rendered waterproof by the rubber seat it sits on. The attachment is simplicity itself, using rubber O rings which fit very securely all sorts of diameter seat posts (so long as theyre tubular - I imagine fitting to an aero shaped post will be a touch less secure and maybe prone to moving sideways). My ONLY criticism - the on / off button can be difficult to activate once its attached due simply to its position. It sits very flush and can require a fair bit of force before it activates, particularly with gloves on. But thats it.This is an outstanding rear light - beautifully put together, comparitively inexpensivew and extremely bright - and I cant recomment it highly enough.

Didn’t last long
The light worked brilliantly at first but after a couple of months stopped working. Charge light was green but no life in the light

Perfect
I have a new bike with an aero seat post. This fit perfectly like it was designed to. So, very happy with my purchase. In the house and in the dark. It's very bright. It's also got a good choice of rubber bands for a snug fit.
