The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.

I suffer from migraines and this will help Immensely it doesn’t take away the pain but it helps to deal with it , making it more bearable. The gel in it will last a long time feeling cold. I alway put mine in the fridge If feels amazing to wear on your head when having headaches or migraine
