I know it seems like it's too good to be true at this price... but it's perfect. Keep in mind that the input/output conversion is unidirectional and the monitor must be DVI.

cable works, and feels like good quality. Only issue is that there is no flexy thing where the cable enters the connector, but that is totally acceptable at this price point.Highly recommended!

My PC has a DP while my monitor only has a DVI and VGA so I was looking for something like this. I had used DP to DVI adaptor before but it came loose so I decided to use a single wire instead. First picture quality, I see it works out fine. I haven’t run any tests or anytime but it works for day to day use. But, the quality is not entirely excellent. The adaptors are not very smoothly made ( see pictures). I would still buy this because of the convenience.

I needed a new, larger, main monitor due to changing eye sight; upgraded from 24 in to 32 in. New monitor had only HDMI and DisplayPort ports while the existing graphic card had only one DVI -D and one HDMI port, with the HDMI already connected to my 50 in secondary monitor. This DisplayPort to DVI cable allowed connecting the existing graphic card to the new monitor. Works great, and cost much less than a replacement graphic card.

I have a new PC with only HDMI and Displayport outputs, and an older monitor with only DVI and VGA inputs. This cable did the trick.

I needed a bit more than 6' of cable to reach from the monitor to the desktop PC, so the extra length caused me to choose this product. It came bagged with caps on each end. It just went into service and is working fine.
