I like these because they provide an impact free workout which has improved the look and tone in my hips, and thighs and the bands have held up well. The product is good but overall, not the most enjoyable activity. I still enjoy walking

Works great for everything but my legs. The second they’re on my thighs and I move they roll down into like a tiny tight rope and it’s very uncomfortable. I’ve tried all different types of ways to wear them and the only way they didn’t roll every time was around my calves. Prob going to find some material bands instead.

I thought all resistance bands were more or less the same, but, these really are considerably better than many others I've used. Specifically, they are really well marked which weight each of them are, both with words (e.g. "medium" and with graphic of hardness). Makes it easy to grab mid-workout without fiddling around wondering which is which. They also come with a nice pouch to store them in, if you are the type that puts things away (or is nice to use when traveling!). The best feature though is that they have some texture and grip to them on the inside, so they don't bunch up or slide around! I hadn't seen that before, and it makes them sooooo much better to use. Highly recommend all around.

I was sold on these bands because they aren't supposed to roll up like other elastic bands. Unfortunately the first time I put the medium band around my knees, it rolled and wouldn't unroll until I took it off. disappointing.

Great range of resistance in these bands! The inside has a more texture feel to help keep them from slipping. Thick enough that they stretch well for numerous types of exercises.

I’m a newbie to workouts using bands, so I don’t have anything to compare to. But so far so good, it’s been working great for me and my daughter. So far, none of the bands snapped, it doesn’t roll. Different bands for different resistance needs, clearly labeled. Also comes with suggested list of workouts. Also very affordable, so I think it’s a good product to start with. Easy to pack, comes with a pouch. You can take your gym anywhere you go.
