The product is useless it’s saying they use space technology but the material is not even that good my phone gets overheated while in the car and shaded outside temp 37c, useless product

I want to exchange as it is still in warranty..i observed its colour changed..its of golden colour..but colour changed..kindly help ne out

Edit: January 2020. The phone still discharges while using this case. I have to carry it in my bra if I want it to keep my phone warm in the cold. It’s confident during warmer weather to keep it on my backpack waist strap so it’s available to take pictures, but it does not work in the winter. My phone discharges, not as fast without the case, but it will end up dying. I have a portable battery charger with me just in case. I was reading about using those hand warmers in the case and might try that. I bought this to keep my phone from discharging in the cold. I slide it on the waist strap on my backpack. I've used a safety pin to keep it attached to the strap so it doesn't slide off when I take my pack off. I've had it for about a month, and it's nice to have my phone available to use, and not discharge so quickly. I hope it works as well when it's hot out to keep the phone from overheating when out. I found the pink print on Amazon for $15 less used. It looked fine, the box was just banged up a bit. I wish it came with a neck cord also. It is a bit big to keep in a pocket.

Does not protect phone from cold, and if it does, it does not work for more than 10 minutes.
