This glutamine is definitely my go to now. I use glutamine on a regular basis do to the extreme heavy lifting I do at my warehouse job at FedEx and immediately noticed the improvement in my muscle recovery. I'm extremely impressed. Dissolve easily in water. I mixed it with EVL pre and this before the workout.If you want to push hard every day in the gym and don't feel any pain afterward go on and take this. I'm dead serious.

I use this supplement an hour before I work out and I have practically no soreness the next day. Works really well when you take time off and start working out again. Helps you to transition back into training.

I don't usually purchase this brand often and this was my first time getting the L Glutamine through them. I was a little hesitant just because I know from experience on years of utilizing this in powder form that some brands can sometimes have a slightly fishy smell to them - don't ask me why. Must be where they source from.I've had it happen with a couple brands though - even the expensive big name guys. Luckily this is not the case with these guys. There's no odor or taste at all and the powder absorbs nicely into whatever liquid you choose to dose it.Very happy with my purchase and nice to know I can add another brand to my list of good choices for this particular amino.Gotta Recommend!
