At least once or twice a year I get these episodes where my stomach gets very upset for no reason and these babies work instantly.

I really like these. Pleasant orange flavor. Regular Alka Seltzer is a little bitter tasting. They seem to help any sinus problem I am having. Helps me swallow my pills at night.

The best ever. I always take when I am sick.

Great medicine for cold and flu

Before you go messing with cough syrups and decongestants and so on and so forth, you should really consider this product.Tastes great for what it is, works surprisingly well on general purpose illnesses with congestion, headache, etc, and is not only affordable, but convenient in the single serve style pouches.I'm a big believer in beginning with a conservative approach when it comes to the medication circus. This feels a lot lighter than your average "medication," with surprisingly effective results.(Also take a look at the Alka Seltzer Hangover Relief product as well if you're open to this one, I wish I'd known about that one in my twenties instead of all the ibuprofen I hammered... UGH...)

The old formula worked better. So what if a few people died. It worked for me and I didn't. This new formula still works just not as fast.
