Cheap and broke
Very cheaply made. First arrived broken and the second one snapped upon installation.

quick and easy fix!!
My printer suddenly stopped working and kept showing printer tray open even though it was closed. After googling found the printer leg was broken. Thanks to this easy fix, my printer is up and running again. Took like 10 mins to attach this little replacement where the printer leg was broken. I liked that there was a link for the youtube instructional video included on the instruction sheet. Made it that much easier for me to install it correctly.

Printer tray arm breaks extremely easily
The first time we ordered this product it arrived broken already. We returned the product and received a new one which arrived intact. Immediately upon install the piece broke again. I feel the plastic used is very brittle and breaks extremely easily. Disappointed in the quality.

Works as advertised - broke immediately
This item solves an inherent issue with the printer tray. It is obviously 3d printed, and it immediately broke at its thinnest point while trying to install it. I glued it back together and it seems to be fine for now, but the narrowest part should be reinforced/better designed. It's an imperfect solution, but a solution nonetheless
