Great idea, flaky product.
Had two of these and both fell apart within weeks.Can't recommend at all

Broke, Chronos will not send a new one... avoid
I bought one, which broke. Chronos came out with some fanciful story that I needed to pay the duty on a $0 replacement item.So basically free warranty replacements are my problem to re pay for? I am still chasing them a year later. Will be on Twitter etc soon to let people know they are a sham

Cool concept, flawed design, shocking customer service.
Was great when it worked (and when I finally received it 8 months after it was supposed to be shipped) But it lasted about two months before the back fell off it. Contacting support initially got me a response saying that they would ship me a new unit but they had many reports of this problem and were in discussions with the manufacturer to fix it. That was 6 months ago. Now their website, Facebook page and twitter feeds haven;t been updated since April so I am presuming that they have gone out of business.Cool concept, flawed design, shocking customer service. I will just write this off to one of those things. I doubt I will ever see a refund.
