So glad I found these!!
I bought these recently out of desperation. After a follow up with my foot specialist, a year and a half after a bad lis franc- 2nd metatarsal break that I just learned needs surgery. Never rushing in to foot surgery meant it would come down to pain tolerance and level of function. My pain was consistent and high and I knew my foot was fragile-and limited in use, still. I ordered these for comfort and support and have found they have a level of voodoo magic that makes a huge difference. I also have life long plantar fasciitis so wasn't objecting to that purpose. I wear one on my broken foot constantly, except for showering. It has added amazing support to where my bone broke high up on the foot and cartilage evaporated. My pain is notably less and because of the arch support's positioning, I don't compensate walking in a way that could trigger other problems. I went back and ordered multiple more pairs so I would always have a clean one at the ready. Hand washing is easy. I have a large sized foot (women's 9.5) but my foot is not super wide. The fit is comfortable and supportive but not tight. It's proven to be an essential and reassuring way to ease pain and feel more confident in living my life. It is certainly helping me know I will delay surgery until I have no other choice, if that time comes. These deserve way more than five stars for how inexpensive but effective they are for me. I highly recommend you give them a try!!!

Check what size you need.
Love cooper fit products. However, their smallest size sometimes is not small enough. If you get one that properly fit you it is very durable and helps to relieve pain. It is very functional and gives great support the way it advertises its supposed to. It is easy to use and does not slip off or slide if you get the correct size.

Recommend for arch support and mid foot pain
Love them, super helpful. Felt relief right away. Most comfortable in sandals or barefoot than sneakers so far but it is summer. Using for flat feet and cuboid syndrome- so lots of mid and side of the foot pain. This has helped hold the bone in place a bit like a brace while I am recovering.

They are snug
I wanted to help with swelling due to a metatarsal fracture. They were so tight I was afraid they might dislocate the fracture. I sent them back. I think if my foot was not broken I would have loved the snug feeling

Not what is expected
I have had other bends like these and I do not like these at all. They are only snug on one end. They slip and slide. Waste of money to me. Ineffective in relieving any foot discomfort.

Coper half socks for re charging your hatched body, so for good yet I still got discomforts , not a tool for miracles I guess!

Made for extremely skinny feet. Absolutely not for when your feet are swollen!

Not sure how much arch support really receiving- but wear them over my compression socks at work (Nurse). They are comfortable for most part. Unattractive pattern/color. Which they were solid black.

Fits well, keep my footbrige tight. I wear 9.5 shoes.
