Works great
Great product. I would definitely mix with something flavored. Unlike most creatine I've purchased this stuff is very bitter but it doesn't upset my stomach like other creatine products

I’m superhuman now!
This product instantly increased my strength and muscle mass!!! KIDDING!!! I have finished the loading phase about two weeks ago at the time of this review (2/18/25) and I’m in the maintenance phase. I have noticed some gains, but I don’t know that it’s all due to the creatine intake. I also switched my pre at the same time I started the loading phase, so this new pre may be working better for me…or it’s a combination of the creatine, pre, and the intra/post. In any case, gains are occurring so creatine shall be consumed! With this Six Point Creatine, the only “bad” thing I noticed is that it tasted like crap when I added it to my coffee. Any cold drink it’ll be fine, but with hot coffee, it seems to break down like bad milk. All in all, it’s a good product. I did not get any of the side effects some people seem to suffer from with creatine intake.

pretty good
Recently started taking this creatine after I had been taking the other Bucked Up creatine mono hydrate (which was sold out, so I switched). A few differences I immediately noticed just involved the taste and texture. The other Bucked Up creatine product was much more tasteless, and mixed into drinks better. The 6 point had a tendency to get clumpy, and tasted a bit sour. However, I think the performance of the product outweighed the latter.

Love creatine but ... this stuff CLUMPS like mad, "micronized" is better
Creatine is ground-zero for body building supplements. It is one of the most researched supplements, and has repeatedly been show to effectively increase lean muscle mass, and is very safe, with essentially no know side effects (unless you mega-overdose ... like a vitamin, there is such thing as too much).I got back into creatine a few years ago, with the newfangled "micronized" creatine. (I use ALLMAX, but there are other.) The micronized stuff dissolves with no problem, I put it in coffee, it actually adds a few grams of protein, certainly does not distract from the taste (basically, tasteless). This stuff does not mix well, at all. If you put in in a blender, sure, no problem, but if you think you can just dump it in, mix with a spoon for a full two minutes, and not have a clumpy mud-puddle at the bottom - nope. You'll find it at the bottom of you mug.As creatine, I'm sure it's fine. Not really sure the advantage of the "six different types," which does indeed sound cool, but keep in mind, pretty much all the research is done on creatine monohydrate. Do the other five types even help? It's not something that I can tell, for sure.
