Usually, installing a faucet in a tight space is a task, and very hard to reach a tie it. With this nut, there is space/cut opening to go through the water lines and even with the tips of your fingers, hand tie it and use a long phillips screwdriver to secure the washer with gasket. A great solution, and impossible to find it locally

I had purchased an inexpensive single handle pull-out faucet for the outdoor kitchen as it wouldn’t be heavily used so I thought quality wouldn’t that important. What I didn’t notice until it failed was that the ring that holds the faucet beneath the sink was made of cast white metal and not brass. Of course it failed after a few months and I thought I had to replace the whole faucet since I assumed it was some oddball size but a search on Amazon revealed this real brass gem and it’s been holding strong ever since. Just measure the inside diameter of the broken one for sizing.

I am very happy with this purchase. When I saw the item I thought it was too small When compared to the original. I was really surprised, it works like a charm. The kitchen faucet will never wobble again. Solid like a rock.

After I lost the one that came with the faucet, this was the perfect replacement.

This part would probably work fine on many brands, but, it does not work with Glacier Bay single hole pull down faucets. It did feel sturdy. Manufacturer should probably specify what common brands this is to be used with. It would have saved us all a bunch of time.

The product was not sent as shown... the brass is not pre drilled for the screws that were sent...
