An excellent case for S-pen users
This case is the best choice if you want to always have your S-pen with you and also want your phone to lie flat on a table when unfolded. The only downside for me is that the edges of the case are a bit sharp so it is not be the most comfortable to hold. This bothered me a bit at first but I got used to it after a few days and now I am perfectly happy with the case. The case seems very sturdy and sits firmly on the phone due to the adhesive strips. I use my left hand index finger for the fingerprint reader and it works really well when the phone is closed, though I reckon it should be fine as well if you use your right hand thumb (though perhaps it is a bit more awkward because the pen is in the way a little). The hinge is not protected by the case but I do not mind that as I hardly ever drop my phone. If you want a lot of drop protection, this case is probably not the one for you. There is a different version from Spigen of this case that also protects the hinge but of course that means it also does not lie flat anymore (something that is much more important to me).Make sure you slide the pen in correctly as in the picture with the nib first to avoid damaging the nib (as I have heard about that happening to some users).

Avoid - Not fit for purpose
I have used Spigen cases in the past and had a similar case for my Fold 3. So I immediately bought the Spigen Thin Fit P Case for the Galaxy Z Fold 4. I wish I had not wasted my money. The front cover plastic broke on the hinge side in less than a month of use. The thin vertical strip of plastic which ran down the side of the front screen would never adhere to the phone and constantly pushed inwards with the slightest hand pressure. It then broke. A poorly designed product which was not up to the standards I expect from Spigen. I've returned the broken case and asked for a refund. This case is unfit for purpose. Avoid

The only real downside is the sharp edges
I purchased this case recently and had it on my Fold 4 for the last few days and my review is based on what I have experienced using the case as my daily driver.Initially, I used the case without removing the 'covers' from the sticky strips. They aren't adhesive strips, but non-slip strips, similar to what you find in the Samsung cases. They won't stick/glue the case on your phone, but prevent the case from moving around or sliding off of your Fold 4. This is critical when it comes to the cover screen part of the case which also holds your S Pen. In the box you'll find an extra set of these strips but I think if you'd don't change or take off your case regularly, you Lilley won't need the extra pads at all. An extra set of 2 of these pads can be purchased for about £9 on Amazon and if you buy them with this case I think you'd get £3 off of the price. The Spigen Thin Fit P is a sturdy, solid case and provides good all-round protection, with proper cut-outs for ports/mic/speakers, but at a cost, and I'm not referring to its price. This Spigen case is (obviously) thicker than Samsung's Standing Cover (with the detachable kickstand/pen holder) or the Slim Standing Cover (the back has a magnetic fold-out stand). This bulkoness, in my experience, felt like that the phone wasn't able to close fully (as it would do without a case or with Samsung's own cases) and sometimes I had to help the phone to completely unfold (not entirely sure it was the case's fault though). The Thin Fit P has corner protection all-round (I belive it's called their Air Cushion technology) and also has raised edges around the camera for extra protection, but this also creates a bump. To compensate, Spigen added a small 'bump' to the bottom of the back part of the case as well, but even this does not fully prevent the phone from 'rocking' when it's put on a table. When fully unfolded, the phone sits nicely on the table without any noticeable rocking.Wireless charging works fine with this case and, although I haven't tested reverse wireless charging, I'd assume that works just fine as well.I have Samsung's cover-screen film as my screen protector installed and haven't had peeling issues after attaching this case. The thin plastic bit of the case on the left side of the cover screen didn't want to completely stick to the phone all the time and it's likely because the screen protector wasn't aligned properly; it was 0.5-1mm to the left of the screen so I assume that's why the non-slip stripe couldn't get 100% gip as it was slightly over the screen protector as well. It wasn't moving around much but I was able to move a bit accidentally on occasions and even lift it without much effort which wasn't the case with the 2 Samsung cases, however I never felt that it will break off even when I had the phone in my front pocket. The back part of the screen does not rely on these sticky pads which made it really easy for me to swap it with the back part of the Samsung Slim Standing Cover when I needed the kickstand more than protection.Regardless of the much bulkier form factor of this case and the camera bump (compared to Samsung's Slim Standing cover which is completely flat), I was still able to use my phone with the Nacon MG-X (not the Pro version) controller with the camera side facing the rubber surface of the controller's grip but it wasn't sitting completely flush (compared again to the Slim Standing Cover), so the cover screen with the Pen attached to the case's holder would likely be a better choice to hold the phone in this controller (as it would sit much better on the rubber surface). Downside is that the speaker grills are being almost completely blocked (but that's the 'issue' even when you put the Fold 4 into this controller without a case on.At half of the price of Spigen's Slim Armor Pro Pen Edition, you get everything basically, except the hinge protection, which is good all-round protection with an S Pen holder on the side. The S Pen, when stored in this case, didn't bother me much when I had to use the fingerprint scanner, although I definitely had to change the way I used it with this case. Some might find it obstructive, but for me it was fine, and the pen holder also added an extra lip to help opening the phone which was a little bonus.Due to the previously mentioned issue with the not 100% gripping non-slip pads, I always held the cover screen part when I took my Pen out of the case, just to be on the safe side. Without the screen protector (or a different one, or the same one super-perfectly aligned), I think this would have been an issue at all. I prefer this case design to be able to have my S Pen with me all the time rather than having a case with a huge hinge protector to store the Pen in or to have the Pen attached to the back of the phone one way or another. Luckily, this case has no magnets in it, so it did not interfere with the S Pen, which some other cases (with magnetic hinge protectors) tend to cause. Important thing is to check the included instructions about the way you need to put the Pen into this case! Now, the last bit is about what I didn't like the most which, for me, was enough reason to send this case back...... and that would be the hinge protection, unfortunately. Not the lack of hinge protection itself, but the exposed sharp edges of the case around the hinge. In my experience this made the phone really uncomfortable to hold for a long period of time and I could easily say it was even painful on occasions. As most users of the Fold 4 would likely use their phone unfolded most of time, this likely wouldn't be an issue for them. This case hasn't left new marks on the frame of my phone after removal (which the free Samsung Standing Cover unfortunately did), only some residue from the non-slip stripes which were easy to clean with baby wipes and some microfiber clothes.I tried to add everything that came to my mind, I know it was long, but thanks for reading my review this far.I returned this case now and decided to bite the bullet and get the Slim Armor Pen Edition instead, which is basically the same as this case, but with the hinge protection. I'm planning to keep my Fold 4 for as long as I can and so for a complete protection and better holding comfort I was willing to pay the extra price. I'm now also considering to get the Spigen tempered glass screen protector with the alignment tool so the new case will stick properly.

I love this case
Spigen never let you down in quality or wearability and this case is no exception. Brilliantly made, fits perfectly and dies exactly as is meant to do, protecting my phone. Can you trust a £30 case to protect a £1600 purchase? YES! This case is it. Way better than the original branded one.

ok but top cover is flimsy and poor
I usually love Spigen products and have always had them for my phones however that maybe reviewed going forward.I went with this one as it had the pen holder, however the top screen protector with the screen holder is poor. The spine side is that thin that it doesnt stay in place the first time a little pressue is applied in your pocket. This has led to that part no longer staying on place, and even though i removed it and added more sticky pad, it still came off, has not snapped on half and this has actually led to damage to the metal surround on the screen at some point as that part of the 'PROTECTIVE CASE' failed and has moved!!!!Very dissapointed for a not very cheap case and i will most likely look elsewhere next august for my next phone.

A good solution, but a very brief one
As I use magnetic mounts on the back of the phone, this was the only solution I could find to keep the pen handy without it getting in the way. The edges are sharp as everyone says, but there wasnt much other choice for what I wanted. It was great until a very short fall onto a soft surface (35cm from sofa to carpeted floor) snapped the very weak corner on the top left of the front part of the case. Spigen refused to help under the apparently pretty useless warranty as they said it could be from accumulated damage! So basically any breakage could simply be claimed as 'well you might have dropped it lots before', and the warranty is then useless.Don't waste your money.

Excellent
No hinge protection would be the only downfall, outside of that - excellent, as expected from Spigen. Wireless charging ang NFC works, so good for contactless payments. Worth the money.
