Doesn't tighten up.
They strip before they tighten up. Tried these in 3 diff types of wood. Been a contractor for 55 yrs and have never experienced this. Don't understand it. Update the customer service with this company is excellent. They sent a full refund and wanted info on any suggestions on a corrections of product. That is amazing. Updated rating just for great customer service.

Screws okay, bits out of size and useless.
Screws look okay, well formed. The two T25 bits included are too small and do not stick in the screw's head. No way to quick fastening with one hand and therefore the bits are useless to me. Luckily I had the correct well formed bits. You might need to order better bits if you plan to do any extensive project.
