This product is not oily, it smells great, and it is not irritating to a puppy's skin. It is effective in getting knotted hair manageable. It leaves their hair soft and shiny.

Very pleased with packaging and shipping. All done with care. I purchased two scents Bliss, and Serenity moisturizing serum and I love both but I'm favoring Bliss especially. Neither is overpowering. Haven't tried on my cats yet but when I do the sprirz is so gentle and quiet I don't forsee any issue with either the short haired 19 year old or Angora long haired semiferal 10 yo. My senior Maltese dog is going to smell and look GREAT!
