Its a great little massage ball for activating the glutes before a run but the covering material does pick up any hairs or dirt from the floor so needs rinsing after each use

I use it to massage the the muscles around my shoulder blade under instruction from my physio. Works well.

Very good quality and its quite firm with a slight bit of give the size and colour are great. It was very effective for my massages and helped me roll out tight areas. Overall it's a great ball and the value is reasonable.
