I actually liked these so much more than expected! I thought they’d look bad since there are basically fairy lights inside. I love that they come with remotes and have different settings. I bought them to use at my outdoor wedding ceremony because sunset was earlier this time of year. I planned to potentially return them because I didn’t expect them to do the job but I was pleasantly surprised. They’re not super bright but they’re pretty and perfect for what I want. I’m keeping them and going to use them probably for decoration.

Nice string lights. Very pretty. Easy to install and very functional. I use these lights in my back yard and also when I go camping to decorate the camp site. The lights are battery operated and lasted a long time before I had to change the batteries. I used the lights outside and had a few days of rain and they still work so I would say they are waterproof.

I loved how these lights turned out for my balcony. But I’m only issue with them is they drain batteries really fast. I have them set on the timer mode to reduce that, but it doesn’t make a huge difference. The light will start to dim after about a week. I’m using energizer batteries as well, and the lights kill them.

Need to replace batteries constantly. Remote only works if you are three feet away. Remote will not turn on lights if you are inside the house and your lights are outside. They look nice, but do not function very well. I wrote to the seller, but his advice did not work. Should have returned them.

I really, really, really like these string of lights. I've had them in the desert heat for two seasons now and they are still working great. I use rechargeable AA batteries (three) and leave them on for 2-3 hours a night for a week or so before replacing the batteries. Great to use in places where you don't have an outlet. Love it that the globes are plastic, so they can take the wind etc. Haven't had any issues with water. Love the remote and the different illumination options. They are just bright enough for a nice ambiance and light. I've purchased 6 strands of these light so far - loving them!

These lights were great! We took them camping and found them to be very durable. Each stand uses 3 double A batteries. Each individual light had a small plastic hook on them, which made them easy to hang. We had the lights up outside during a thunderstorm, and they continued to work for the remainder of our trip, so I would say they are waterproof. The lights have 8 settings, and come with a remote to change the setting. Very bright and easy to use.
