Best base I have used
This is the best base I have used for flavor and versatility. Love that the lower sodium versions are available. I make lots of soup, but use for other flavorings, and go through lots of it, so love the large capacity jars that are available!

Makes any dish more delicious.
The Seasoned Vegetable Base is great for enhancing ANY meat or vegetable dish instead of salt. I don’t have to buy the other flavors they make like chicken or beef. I just buy this Vegetable base. I use it to make delicious, sautéed vegetables with extra virgin olive oil. It adds rich umami flavor for soups and chili, makes a delicious gravy for any meat, like rack of lamb. Great for meat marinades Add to meats by mixing w little hot water, garlic, olive oil, maple syrup, dash of liquid hickory smoke, baste the surface for grills. The thick paste is easier to use and more flavorful than any hard bouillon cubes. It doesn’t have MSG which a lot of bouillon’s use. Like that it’s Organic. FYI It does say refrigerator after opening, even though it has a high Salt content, and since it takes a while to use up this large jar, I do refrigerate mine. Overall I love this product and use it almost daily for cooking.

Great way to enhance flavor, while eatting healthy!
I prefer Better Than Bouillon Organic Seasoned Vegetable Base with reduced sodium because it adds flavor to my homemade soups, such as Kale & Cauliflower soup. Plus, it is helpful if you are Vegan and easy to add and dissolve whatever amount you choose.

Love this stuff. I use chicken, beef and vegetable almost daily. SO MUCH BETTER than bouillon cubes or powder

My favorite flavor in this brand
I love the huge jar. The seal was in place but it was leaking a tiny little bit. Because it’s not an animal product, I just made sure the lid was tight (it was) and put it in the fridge.I doubt it would make me sick since it will be added to things that I boil anyway.
