Wait and Read before take this product
I tried to use this product on viewing on YouTube. But when I take one tablet it increases blood pressure and gastric at the night. I was shocked and afraid of what I took in the night. They recommend two tablets twice daily but I took only one tablet because I take this tablet by seeing the video. So on little afraid I take it one. But at the midnight wake up from sleep because my legs are getting cold. Then I realised something odd happened to my body. Immediately I checked my blood pressure and it shows 170/120. I was shocked, then my body feels totally discomfort. Then I take lots of water to neutralize what I eat. Then I went to doctor in the night. Then the doctor advised me not to take tablet on seeing you tube or on Amazon or other this type platform. So I advised you to take the tablet as prescribed by the Doctor. Don't be a doctor.
