Another great set from Astro Pneumatic!
Needed an axle nut set for all the CV Axles I have been replacing lately. Local parts house has them for $85+ to rent. Purchased this set for a LOT less and it has worked quite well when I need it without having to wait for the parts house to open.The sockets fit as one would expect them to so the potential for rounding of the nut is eliminated. The case is blow molded plastic and fairly sturdy.Well worth the investment!

Great set
I ordered these in 12 point because some axle nuts are 12 point and if they are 6 point you can still use these, ive never had an axle socket so messed up you absolutely had to use a 6 point socket on. But awesome set and value for your money. Nice blow molded case if you plan on storing them but i removed them and put on a magnetic rail. They take a beating with an impact daily as I work at a dealership and constantly doing half shafts. Astro tools is by far one of the best quality companies at a reasonable price

Best bang for your buck set
These are amazing for the price. Most Toyotas are 12 points. A newer Toyota Tundra or Sequoia is a 39mm. A 39 mm through snap on is like 100$. You just can't beat this set. The case is nice to have to if you need it.

High quality but make sure you read the item details before buying
You are NOT getting an 8 piece set of 6-point sockets. You are getting (7) 6-point axle nut sockets and (1) 12-point axle nut socket (39mm). Probably not a big deal but for a "6-point set", I'd prefer all to be 6-point. I can buy the 12-point set if that's what I want or need.

Must have set for all axles and heavy machinery
If you work on cars having a decent set of socket sets for axles is a must. I went for the 12pt ones since it’s a much more “universal” set that fits all type deal. Decently thin wall. Definitely recommend this
