No touch controls. Bad service
I bought this product not too long ago. The sound quality is good but there are no touch controls. You have to press buttons on the earbuds to control it. It's hard to press it and it digs into the ear canals and it puts uncomfortable amount of pressure on the ears.I called the customer service to return this product so I can buy another with touch controls. They were not helpful at all. They only stressed on replacing it and as I spoke to them, they disconnected the call. Now I'm stuck with this product. Never felt such disappointment from the customer service team. I hope no one else has to go this issue after reading this....

Good customer care support
With in 3 months one side totally did not hear any sound. I surprised, wrote a email. Then they promptly replied. I sent the product to them. Another week I got the new one. Fantastic to hear especially bass wonderful....
