EAG D-Ring Shackles with Mount Red D-Rings Black Isolators Mount Brackets Pair

There are heavy duty. Bought them for front bumper to attach my straps for my canoe to them. Comes with 2 sets but no bolts or nuts. Used heavy duty black bolts/nuts. Had to remove the plastic end caps on the bumper (with an Allen wrench) so I could reach the nuts behind the bumper. Took 30 mins to drill holes and install. Very nice. Gonna order another set/pair for rear bumper. But them you won’t be sorry. Look cool too lol

I purchased these to put on my AEV front bumper after removing the factory crush cans. Out of the box the mounts looked great and super beefy. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but the powder coating let me down.During installation, upon torquing down the mounting bolts the powder coating started to crack, then flake away. It did this around 4 of the 8 bolt holes. One was pretty significant, and appeared to be the result of poor preparation before the powder coating was applied. BTW. . . I did have flat washers under each bolt head which should have prevented this. I found that holding the bolt head still, and tightening the nut from behind the bumper seemed to reduce the damage. More difficult to turn a wrench in there, but it helped.For those interested. . . I'm going to tow my Jeep 4-flat from these D-rings mounts. I also purchased the Roadmaster D-Ring adapters (Part# RM-035) from a different supplier (starts with an "E" and ends with a "Trailer"). These EAG Mounts are perfect for the Roadmaster Adapters. Only minor sanding was required to make the adapter bushing fit inside the shackle mount hole.The shiny red D-Rings with isolators are a nice touch and really set off the look of the front bumper when the towbar is off.

Great product for mounting to jeep bumpers for towing. Shakle a little large for 7/8" pin but shim kit remedies.

Appear to be made well, very thick steel... Shackles are nice and rubber bumper will keep them quiet during regular driving... Haven't pulled anything using them yet, but it appears they'll do the job...

The rubber bushings are crap. Buy some after market ones as the shackles flop around.

I mounted these shackles on my tractor's loader bucket, and attached straps for lifting heavy items. Not these items intended purpose, but they work great -- look good too.

Bought these to get rid of the ugly plastic caps and crush cans on my jeep bumper, they worked perfectly, look awesome and seem very strong!Will update the review after a recovery or two.
