I've been running this unit for about 8 months straight now and I have had no issue at all, it's incredibly easy to use, set up and it's quite compact for how powerful it is!I have it positioned on a desk behind my monitors so that it can drain out the window, which works extremely well.It is very quite, but also powerful, I was honestly shocked the first day I got it just how quickly it accumulates water! The reservoir is decently sized but using the included hose to drain out a window is ideal if able.The controls are intuitive and easy to understand, and the status LED on top is sufficiently diffused so it doesn't hurt your eyes.I'm incredibly impressed with the unit so far, as I stated above I've been running it non stop for around 8 months, but I will update the review if it stops working in the future.

My husband asked that I purchase a humidifier to help cool our home during the summer months by decreasing the amount of moisture in our home. After reading lots of reviews, I purchased this humidifier. It gets the job done! It has helped cut down our electric coats because our central air unit has not had to continually run like it has in the past. My husband or I only have to empty the water basin once a day, so we’ve not needed to use the hose attachment for draining.

Has a cheap plastic outlet hose , thought it could be hooked up to any hose-Wrong!

I got this deumidifier for my basement, but it doesn't work. The basement was still noticeably damp while it was running; I know because I tried another deumidifier by another company and there was a substantial difference in air quality. The continuous feature also does not work. The tank fill up anyway and then the whole thing shuts down without warning until we realize and go empty it. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

I have another one identicle to this but a different brand I really like, so I ordered this one to try since it was on sale. I think this one actually works better than the first one I had. It seems to fill up faster, I keep this one in my kitchen and the other in my bathroom. I live in an Alaskan rain forest and heat with propane, so humidity was really high in my home before the dehumidifiers.

I have one in my bedroom that works great. The one in the livingroom, that my husband was to take care of, I found out that it's never needed emptied. WHAT??? We live in an underground house. It's a must. It runs and sounds fine, just doesn't absorb water. I switched the 2 with the other rooms. #1 still works great, but still no change with #2. The filter is clean, I've changed different modes on the panel. Still doesn't remove any humidity. I can't find where I can contact the seller and or manufacturer to ask any questions. If someone can help, I'd appreciate it. Asking a question on this item hasn't resulted in any answers, yet.

This device is a game changer… it is very easy to use, set up, move, etc. Many functions, without being complicated, and actually very useful!We used this in our place on the lake… it has completely changed everything! The place Feels, smells, and looks better after being gone even for extended periods of time. BUY IT! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

The dehumidifier works well. It was a little difficult to get started. Instructions weren't intuitive to me.
