Delivery was good but the product arrived used, no seal and a finger mark already in the paste

Product turned up with a finger mark through it, with some product missing where it had been used.

I love ELEVEN Australia and have been using them for two years. Just.a little goes a long ways and it never weighs down my super fine hair
