Say Goodbye to Cords with the Carlinkit 4.0 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter
I recently purchased the Carlinkit 4.0 Achieve Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter for my 2022 Kia K5 and I have been using it for about a month now. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this product. The installation was a breeze and the plug and play feature made it incredibly easy to set up.The adapter connects seamlessly with my car's infotainment system and I can now enjoy both CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly. The 10s auto-connect feature is a game-changer and I no longer have to struggle with tangled cords or wait for my phone to connect. The connection is stable and there is no latency while using the adapter, which is crucial while driving.I love being able to access my phone's apps, music, and navigation directly on my car's screen. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the sound quality is fantastic. I have also noticed that the battery drain on my phone has reduced significantly since I started using the adapter.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Carlinkit 4.0 Achieve Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter. It has transformed my driving experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their car's infotainment system.

Not worth the hassle
Bought this after seeing it reviewed on a few YouTube channels. The reviewers stated that it was a minimal setup and even plug and play. I guess not the one I got. I plugged it in to my car and followed the directions. With my iPhone SE 2020 phone it connected and showed on my screen though a little fuzzy. Connected my Samsung S20+ and it connected to the screen although the icons were huge. I could not connect to amazon music or Sirius xm. I then tried connecting to cartube and got a a white screen. Tried to access the setting and I couldn't get to the product background. This was accessible via the iPhone but not the android. Went back to YouTube and a Korean video showed what to turn on and off to get to the background. After looking through the background setting I reset the device and tried setting up my Samsung first. Scrambled screen was what I got when it finally connected. I gave up.I requested a refund from Amazon and received an email from the seller with a 16 page troubleshooting guide. I figured I'd print it out and give it a shot. After changing 75% of the settings and rebooting after changing everything, I got my Samsung to connect and play music. Not all buttons would work on my screen when they showed up, depending on the resolution not all buttons appeared on the screen. I tried then to connect my iPhone and nothing but a black screen. At this point I gave up. I don't want to change settings each time I want to switch phones. Both my Motorola MA1 and my AAWireless to me 30 seconds to setup and have been no issue. I wanted something for my iPhone so I guess my choices are; try another device, buy one that is just for iOs, use a wire or just take my wife's car which comes with wireless android auto and carplay. Mine would have had it too but my car came with built in navigation and Sirius xm (2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL w/ convenience pkg.

Worth the money! 2018 Chrysler 300
i honestly didn’t think it was going to be any good but this definitely did it for me. It’s easy to use and quick to set up. The only time i do struggle is when my wifi from my home is still connected to my phone, it tends to not want to pair but once i drive away it connects. There is a very slight lag when changing songs (the lag can be adjusted, 300 milliseconds being the fastest, through their web link), and it also does not play music when you scroll through a song, you then have to pause and play for the music to begin again. other than this it’s perfect and makes my life so much easier!

Not that stellar
Tech is a finicky thing and works differently when configured with different equipment. Even though IT is not my career, I have made a career out of being tech savvy - love digital consumer products. That's my disclaimer before my next comments. For something that cost over $100 w/tax, I had expectations that this would work much smoother. I have a 2019 Kia Niro Touring edition with a built-in infotainment center. Getting it paired took me about 25 or 30 minutes - ugh! However, the biggest disappointment was the frequent connect, disconnect between my cell and the unit. I moved the Carlinkit and the mobile phone to various positions in the car and nothing seemed to help. I am using a Samsung S22 Ultra as the mobile phone. I also tried my backup phone the Samsung Z Flip 3. Connecting would take between 45sec to 1 min to even get paired. So, I decided to return it and wait until the Motorola MA1 becomes available or a different company comes up with one. Also, connecting via Apple software to my car was a weird process. All that said, perhaps if you have different configurations, they might have greater success at making this work flawlessly. Take my experience as one situation that was not positive, but others may have a positive end result.

Welcome to wireless Apple CarPlay!
The media could not be loaded. I have a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid which comes with factory CarPlay. I'm fine with plugging in my iPhone 13 Pro for long trips in order to keep the phone charged while using CarPlay, but I longed for just jumping in the car for short, local trips and having CarPlay on for mapping, calls and messaging features. This Carlinkit 4.0 device fits the bill perfectly. I mounted the device the front console area using some Gorilla Mounting Puddy to keep it up and out of the way. (see image). I keep the device plugged in and it takes about 45 seconds from vehicle startup for my phone to be fully connected and CarPlay running. For me this is a very acceptable boot up time as it takes almost this long to back out of my garage and driveway and get on the road. (Since the USB input cuts power when the car is off, the device also turns off and is not sucking power when the car is not on.) The responsiveness of the CarPlay commands is no different than when I was using wired CarPlay. If I need to charge my phone, then I just wire my phone in to a different charge port. It is nice that the CarPlay display shows my phone's state of charge and cellular signal power. Definitely recommend.
