Trusted brand I always use for inulin powder. Prefer made from chicory root. I love it's organic and in such a large bag, so I don't have to purchase as frequently. I always transfer to a glass mason jar to make sure moisture stays out as it can get sticky and clump if it gets wet prior to using. It dissolves perfectly, no issues and no taste, just a hint of sweet... not even enough to notice in my morning coffee. Fantastic price and ships fast!

Even though the probiotic cultures used in L reuteri fermented dairy don't actually feed off inulin, I still add a bit to my fermented dairy for the added fiber (and because I ordered it thinking I had to have it for the recipe). I chose Chicory Inulin for the other health benefits. I use a frother whisk to help make my slurry before adding it to my milk, so I get a very smooth texture. For the quantity you get, I feel it's a great value for the money and will continue to add it to my recipe. I do add a bit of heavy cream dry milk powder to my mix since the milk is what the bacteria need to feed on, and since it is going to be eating for at least 18 hours. I just add the dry milk to my slurry before adding the rest of the milk. It makes delicious, solidified, L reuteri with no separation.

Great product, dissolves better than most and tastes better in coffee. The only issue I have is when I receive the product the outside the bag is always sticky. Or I would have rated it with 5 stars.

I use this to feed my L. Reuteri yogurt. With a ratio of 2.5 cups whole milk, 1.5 cups half & half, and 2 tablespoons of chicory inulin, it comes out delicious. Even my husband who has never liked plain yogurt likes the l. reuteri made with this inulin.
