I was optimistic about this supplement at first. I’m looking for brain fog relief and my doctor recommended it. The first day it seemed to help a lot. I also felt unexpectedly happy which was a nice bonus. It gave me a bit of energy as well and seemed to help me organize my thoughts more.Sadly, the next 4 days I took it, things declined. Was recommended this by a doc when i complained on how painful it was for me to wake up in mornings (I love sleeping in). Noticed effects immediately. Was the type of person who snoozed 6 times.
