I take this every night for the health benefits. I had alot of inflammation and aches and within 2 months it was all gone! I highly recommend this for anyone that needs pain relief especially joint pain. Does not smell but does have a little kick to it so take it with water.

I had no idea what to expect. I have psoriatic arthritis and a host of other problems and my joint swelling is healing up like a miracle! I get better and better every day. Saw results after 2 weeks and I was just taking it as a general health booster hoping it would help something and it really did. I have HS and it helps those cysts heal up very quickly, helps the psoriasis on my face calm down and be less red and swollen within a half hour of using it. Not much for fibro, but it still could. I do a dropper full in about an oz of water a day, or put directly on skin- never bothered me and I have super sensitive skin- it doesn't taste great, but it's tolerable. Kind of tastes chemicle-ish, like wasabi does, It's tastes like tea tree oil smells- if that makes any sense. I will keep using this!

I actually used this topically first on a rash I got from an AirBNB and it worked WONDERS! But this is for internal consumption, I combine it with my multivitamin- and yes the taste is awful but all good medicines are bitter. I didn't have an upset stomach but I did burp a bit after taking this orally- and revisted scent. Still a great supplement to have on hand! No other reactions. No bathroom issues. No nausea. No aches or pains. Will continue to use.
