I bought these jars for nut storage. They work perfectly. Easy to open, lid is tightly sealed, size is what I needed, sturdy, and designed with regular use in mind.

I am slowly changing all my storage jars to the Bormioli Clear jars! I find they take up less room as they are square. They come in many sizes which I need. They are wonderful for storing flour, sugar, beans, pasta, cereals, and other dry goods. I put a piece of clear tape on the jars and write the expiration dates on tape with a felt pen. I store yeast packets in one of the 1/2 liter jars. Love to be able to see what is in the cupboards and they look nice too! I also use the 1.5 liter jars for cookies which I leave on the counter! These are great quality and handy to have!

Good seals and wire hinges which properly align and stay closed. No adjustments were needed to work properly.

I use these for pickled cabbage that was rusting the lids of the standard mason jars. This has a silicone gasket so no plastic leaching into food from the acidity/salt. Super convenient.
