I felt very good as soon as I took 1 capsule, with energy and good spirits, I liked it a lot. A do eat well, do exercise and try to have a good sleep at night

Homocysteine levels have been elevated despite other approaches. For some, not fully understood, reason, my body seems to gobble B vitamins, according to years of labs. Integrative doctor suggested DFH version. My doctor is pleased with homocysteine lab results. Have been taking this everyday for several years.

So far I’m doing ok on it. I was worried I would have side effects but so far I’m good. I’ve tried other b12 supplements and i would get major brain fog. Not so far with this one.
