Perfect book for beginners to the Macronutient Diet.
Excellent book if you don't know where to start. I had no clue about Macronutrients but wanted to learn. This book gives you the basic fundamentals in an easy fun way to understand for any audience. I highly recommend it if you have no idea or a basic understanding of macronutrients. I was bit skeptical at first becauese it had so few reviews and the ones they had were excellent. But now I know why it had no bad reviews, it because there's nothing negative to say about this book.

Very useful and very helpful
I paired this with the recipe guide and also the eat this not that website to generate automatic meal plans that coincide with my macros found in the book. Very useful and very helpful.

Highly recommend on the macros discussion
This is a really good book on the basics of the macros that everyone is talking about. I bought it for this purpose and it deliverd exactly that!!! Highly recommend. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 starts because the recipes at the end are too basic but an excellent take on the subject.

Excellent info
Told in a simple way. Highly recommend. Understanding how macronutrients work with the body was very interesting. The best part was understanding how to count macros, not calories.

Great book, very informative
Great book, very informative. Good information. Slightly repetitive if you are already familiar with macroing but its still a good refresher and resource to have around.

Great Book - A must have
Great book. After ready many articles about people living by the MacroNutrient Diet, I have always been interested in starting and struggled to find any real information on how to start etc.The book starts from the very beginning as to why we eat certain foods, what our body does with it and what we can do to change it.After reading the book front to back over a few days, I found the best thing to do was use a simple spreadsheet and work out all the foods you want to eat and get all nutritional values for 100g, then calculate each food by what is required. For example, 100g of chicken breast gives me 24g of protein etc.Great book, good information, making the first few meals took a bit of practice as you discover just how much 150g of sweet potato looks like. :)Definitely recommend for anyone looking to start a healthier life.Needs dedication and time (to prepare meals)
