very nice material. they are total of 6 sheets indicating for each part of body exercise guidance. I really like it because it is canvas, not those papers that looks cheap and tear easily.

These work great for displaying in our new workout room. Im hoping they make more. The set doesnt have a bi cep poster but Ill give it a 5 anyway. Im super happy with the quality. Quality goes a long way. Great job.
