I liked that the fit well between my big toe and next toe. I ordered the Small size, and figured if it wasn't large enough, I'd order the Medium. The fit was perfect. I wear a size 10W Ladies shoe. It worked fine in my sneakers, and feel they'll work well in my dress loafers. I think my toes are long, but again it felt comfortable (my right big toe is pushing/almost overlapping next toe). I did try to sleep with the toe separator with socks on, but it slipped out. That's okay. I notice my crossed toe MORE in waking hours. The color is whitish opaque (at least what I purchased), so if wearing open shoes/sandals, and if it doesn't slip out, it may be noticeable. It is a soft gel form, so it shouldn't give you any toe pain. Glad I bought the pack, they are washable. I told my sister about them, and she plans to purchase them also. They are NOT meant to be used between your toes...only big toe and next toe. Hope this helps!

Been using these for a couple weeks for a bunion. Not sure it's working but it does feel good stretching my toes out

I don't have bunions, but on occasion, I get a pain where I think a bunion could be forming. I use the ZenToes for a while -- the pain goes away immediately, and after a week or so, I can go without using the ZenToes. I sent these to my brother and a friend, with similar results. All satisfied customers.

Worn every day in all types of footwear. Bunion hasnt gotten any worse since using. No pain at all and even run 5K with no discomfort.

These are really fat ones. I'm trying to get my feet to get used to them but it may take a while.

It did not work on my left foot where the second toe is across the big toe but works great on the right foot which is not that bad yet.
