It's real garlic & it's fresh. I keep it in fregrator. I'm a garlic freak. It's one thing I don't have to crush garlic & taste so good on my steak. It was worth buying. I'll buy again.

Jar leaked despite being sealed shut
Jar leaked into the plastic wrapped around it. The garlic inside was mostly dry and the jar cap was popped. Ridiculous that I can’t return this!

Taste of garlic
I use this in a lot of different recipes. You could really taste the difference. But if you don’t like lot of garlic, I suggest not to use it, but it is very good.
