Easy to use, colors go a LONG WAY
Kids loved this. Definitely a choking/burn hazard so anyone under ten I would only allow to use with close supervision. The color beads are dense color so ad sparingly according to the guide on the package. The beads working time isn't super long as it must cool before shaping and then it becomes too cool to be pliable within a minute or two...I was using small amounts so possibly larger blobs would stay softer longer. Either way its pretty easy to pop back in with tongs if you keep your water hot while working. Fun afternoon activity

Kind of fun, like a grade-school science experiment that protects your stuff
I'm going to have to practice with this. I was debating between this and the pre-mixed polymer "clay" type stuff, for reinforcing my computer charger and cables. The reason I chose this is that it is not pre mixed and so it will not dry out. However, once it is soaked in hot water and softens, you have to knead it a bit to soften it and then get it thin and wrap it around the cord (I am guessing on this second part - there aren't instructions past the mixing part!), perhaps trimming off what you overguesstimated. My first attempt wasn't so tidy, and I was afraid the cord might not actually fit flush against the computer anymore, so I re-boiled and re-immersed and re-flattened, and it came out pretty good. I think that a third attempt would have been even better, perhaps more thin and flat, less lumpy. Oh, and perhaps I would have made it less toothpaste-color. But I do believe this will protect the cord (which, under this beautiful blue sculpture, is void of its plastic cover entirely, thanks to an electric tape that somehow dissolved that). Yep, I recommend this stuff, though I am not sure I recommend it more than the pre-mixed stuff, since I haven't used that (yet) to be able to make the comparison.

I buy these a lot.
I love the color options that come in this kit. This plastic is super useful. I make all sorts of stuff with it. Plus if i do not contaminate the plastic it is reusable.

DIY for some great times
I bought this friendly plastic because, one it came with pellets to help you change the color so you don't have to use food coloring and that can be a mess. Secondly because I wanted to make teeth, which I saw on YouTube videos; and third I have a few projects around the house that I can't fix with super glue but you know some moldable plastic will do. This stuff is amazing, quick, easy to use, versatile, durables; all as long as you used it correctly. Satisfied. Ready for more products ahead.

Didn't serve my purpose but it's not the product's fault.
This is very interesting material. I bought it to fix flaw in our sink and initially it seemed like it would work well. However, I wanted to shape it with a Dremel and when heated, it just melts instead of smoothing out which is what I needed it to do. Stands to reason it would behave this way because it is heat moldable.I think it would be a very good item to use as long as one understands that it is pliable when hot and firm when cooled. It is really fun to play with!

Nice craft and repair product.
This material is a great craft and repair tool. It can be colored to match a wide variety of colors with the included color chips. The only thing I noticed with this brand is it melts at a slightly higher temperature than some others which may be an advantage if you need heat resistance. I have used it to replace or strengthen broken parts and it works very well. Overall, it performs well and the included color chips work very well.

Cool and useful, but bad for detailed sculpting
It's a little difficult to work with if you're trying to use it for creative endeavors-- cools too quickly to spend much time molding into shape, but at the same time the surface stays warm for a long time and it's hard not to get fingerprints or misshapen areas just from holding and working with it. I had a little luck rubbing fingerprints out with a warm surface and vaselined fingers, but if you're trying to mold a specific shape or any amount of detail, this isn't the material for you. I made some costume fangs with mine, and while they turned out all right in the end, the endeavor was frustrating and took a long time-- I couldn't heat up the surface enough to buff out fingerprints without ruining the shape entirely and having to start over. I also found it tricky to mix colors in and especially to rework more color pellets in to get the exact color I wanted, partly because it starts to harden in the middle so quickly and needs to be frequently reheated and partly because I kept getting air bubbles-- not that that's necessarily a problem, but I was annoyed about it anyway. I bought it mostly to make small cosplay props and accessories, but I think I will mostly be better served with something like sculpting epoxy in the future. With that being said! This is an excellent and very cool product if you're not expecting it to be a fine art medium. It's A+ for plastic repairs, and if you have a heat gun (or, probably, even a hair dryer) you can keep it warm enough to work and rework even if it's not practical to dip in hot water. It's also really great for making tools and things where function is more important than cosmetics- for instance, I made a thimble that fits better than the cheap, too-small aluminum one I had, and I plan on fixing several kitchen knives with falling apart plastic handles. Overall it's interesting and useful and I'll buy more when I run out (although, I'll skip the color pellets next time), just know that it's not great for Artistic Purposes if you hope to sculpt with it.
