Only bottles that worked for our picky daughter!
Daughter started taking a bottle at 4 weeks, used the Medela bottles that came with my breast pump just fine. Then at 6 weeks, she up and decided those weren't good enough anymore. And so began our hunt for the perfect bottle.During the following 3 weeks, we tried all of the below brands:- Comotomo- Dr. Brown's- Medela Calma nipple- Munchkin Latch- NUK First Essentials- NUK Perfect Fit- NUK Simply Natural- Parent's Choice (Walmart brand)- Phillips Avent- Playtex Nurser- Tommy TippeeThe Picky Princess would occasionally latch on the NUK Simply Natural and the Comotomo, but not with any consistency. She flat out rejected all of the others. Then FINALLY I came across the MAM and tried it out. Instant success! She's used this bottle successfully for the last 8 weeks. What I like:- The shape of the nipple is short and flat, unlike any of the other bottles I tried. I'm convinced this is the reason my daughter was able to latch to it successfully- The self-contained sterilizing feature. Very convenient to not have to use steam bags or a big plastic sterilizing tub.- The anti-colic functionality. When my baby sucks on the bottle, you can hear the bottle working its magic. She's no gassier using this bottle than when she breastfeeds- The measuring cup in the lid. What I don't like:- There's a lot of pieces. Not hard to clean, but not as easy as other bottles out there- If you don't assemble all the pieces correctly, it can leak, though this has only happened to me once so far, and it was 100% operator error- The bottom part of the bottle isn't transparent and doesn't have volume markings on it. The lowest volume measure is 2oz, which makes it hard to tell how much is left if the baby doesn't finish the whole bottle.- Because the anti-colic system is located in the bottom, it makes it hard to use a steaming bottle warmer. I end up just heating the milk in my Medela bottle and then pouring it into the MAMOverall, I love this bottle because my daughter loves this bottle. MAM has clearly put a lot of thought into the anti-colic system and the self-sterilizing function. Putting together all of the pieces is a mild inconvenience, but worth it because my daughter drinks out of this bottle. If the MAM Easy Active bottle was available in a smaller size, we probably would have gone with that, because I'm convinced it's the shape and texture of the nipple that got my daughter to latch onto it.

Good luck!
Finally!! If you're a mom to a BF baby who won't make the transition to a bottle when you need to go back to work, then you understand the desperation to find ANYTHING that will work. Cheap platex, breast-shaped Comotomo, real-feel latex, etc etc, nothing worked. After weeks of trial and error and wasting money on failed bottle after failed nipple, I put out a desperate request for advice on social media the evening before my first day back to work. Yes, I'd been leaving the house so my husband could try to feed her in my absence, but this would be the first time I would have to be gone for a 10 hour stretch and I was racked with guilt that she'd go hungry all day. Of all the advice I received, only one suggestion was new to me, and that was the MAM. A few folks said it was all that worked for them. I'd become so cynical that despite MAM's claim that it has a 94% acceptance rate among babies, I was sure that my stubborn daughter would be in the other 6%, but nonetheless I drove nearly an hour from my house to the only store in the area that had it in stock and left my husband the next morning to try it out while I was at the office. I can't even describe the relief and elation I felt when he told me it worked and she accepted a modest amount after a little hassle. Over the next few days, her feedings improved and she and my husband finally found their rhythm. So then of course we needed to stock up on more bottles and nipples, and that's when I went to Amazon. Also, we found for our 3 month old that she prefers the #1 nipple to slow the flow of warm milk and the #2 to increase the flow of cold or room temperature milk (which is a bit thicker and doesn't flow as quickly).Every baby is different and just because this worked for my baby doesn't mean it will work for all. But I can tell you that my little girl was an especially stubborn case (lactation consultant said it was time to move on to leaning cup feeding or syringe/pipette feeding). So there probably really is something to the claim that it has a 94% acceptance rate. Good luck!

Life saver
I have literally tried every single bottle on the market ( advent, Dr Brown, comotomo, tomeetipee, platted...etc) my son was born prematurely and is also exclusively breastfed . I have been trying to give him a bottle a day to get him used to taking a bottle for when I return to work . Ok so the bottle - not super crazy about the design - it also starts at 2 oz ( not a huge deal breaker . What really made the difference was the nipple . My son had a hard time latching any other bottle . This nipple is flat and works well for his small mouth . However ! The size 1 nipple is really fast . I use the size 0 nipple ( which is still faster than dr brown preemie nip) and he loves it . No problem taking bottle and doesn’t take him an hour to finish like the other slow flow bottles . Another thing I noticed - he doesn’t burp as much with this bottle. I’m going to assume he doesn’t swallow as much air . This bottle literally saved me
