Not satisfied by the product sound quality.Bass is good, but for the gaming experience it's average, when I play bgmi, the sound quality of footsteps just drops down as compared to others.Noise cancellation is good at this price.Size is good and I love that it's tangle free.Earphones hurt when I use them for long time.Overall good earphones.But for gaming you should see other options.

I brought this after viewing reviews. I had high expectations from the bass quality. It is not very good, I'd say decent enough but not good enough. As someone that listens to music a lot it's definitely not the best. But it's okay-okay. What I want to say next is that the quality isn't good. The wire easily gets tampered. It already has a few dents even after I've handled it with good care. Sometimes it doesn't work properly. I need to put it in and out 2 times before it works. Overall I regret buying this kinda. But yeah it's decent enough for now.

I’ve been using these earphones for a while now and I’m quite happy with them. The sound quality is clear with good bass, and the mic works well for calls. They fit comfortably in the ears and don’t fall off easily. The wire feels strong and tangle-free. For the price, it's a really good deal. Only small downside is that they may not block outside noise completely—but overall, a solid choice for daily use!

I dont tell it is a must buy product .sound quality is average and fits very well for ears .

One side of the ear phone is very soft and the manufacturer is asking me to take it to the service centre to fix the ear piece which is not possible for me to go as I am a paralysed patient

The amazon packaging was good yes. But it looks like ive got an opened/used product. The seal was open of the product packaging. And as its not a resale item, Amazon should take responsibility to check the item while packaging it.
