Quality multi-purpose oil
I discovered this brand when looking to change my diet to manage an immune issue. This is a high-quality oil that works well as an omega food supplement and body oil. Mix a little essential oil in and save yourself money on expensive, lower quality body oils!

Good product, 6 months supply with no nasty ingredients
BodyBio Omega 3 + 6 | Essential Fatty Acids | Up until now I have been regularly taking a daily dose of refined liquid fish oil, this I have found has certainly been of benefit to my skin. This balanced oil is something different, it is made up of flaxseed and safflower oil which I shall take alongside my fish oil. This oil providing 4 parts omega 6 to 1 part omega 3 which is said to be the ideal ratio most beneficial for our bodies. It is claimed this is beneficial for our blood and heart condition. The oil is provided in a plastic bottle which arrived with a few indents due to the oil being sealed inside, those indents popped out once opened. The quantity supplied is 473ml, just short of the normal 500ml, not sure why it is not rounded off at 500ml? It is always advisable to go for cold pressed oils as you can loose some of the benefits if the oil is heated over a certain temperature. This product although not cold pressed, does state it is pressed at low temperatures, so this should still contain all the goodness. I was pleased to find there are no nasty ingredients included, this only contains flaxseed and safflower oil, nothing else! There are no additives whatsoever, with that in mind this does taste of oil, there is no getting around that. The fish oil that I consume contains orange flavouring which removes some of the oily taste, but this product is pure oil. To be perfectly honest, the taste of oil doesn't bother me at all. In fact it is a mild tasting oil so it's not at all bitter, neither does it hold on the breath. The daily dose is to take just half a teaspoon (2.5ml) of this with food, it can easily be dribbled in a sandwich or sprinkled over cereal if the taste bothers you as a half teaspoon is a very small amount. The bottle contains 182 doses in total which makes the price of £27.99 quite affordable for 6 months supply. CONTENTS: 1 x 473ml Bottle Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Tastes okayish
I am a raw vegan and juice vegetables daily. I add in Omega 3, 6, 9 oils to my juicing as my regular intake. As you will see from the video, I added in my usual amount of oils into about 2 litres of cold pressed veg juice. It tastes different to my normal cold pressed oils and it takes some getting used to. It is a big bottle for £27 and the advice is to use only a teaspoon a day and then also says to use the bottle once opened within 12 weeks which is impossible if you only use a teaspoon or half a teaspoon a day. I normally use about 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil by mouth a day but add it with my vegetable juicing. I tried it the tablespoon way instead of adding to my juices and like most healthy oils it is a taste you have to get used to. Most do not taste that great. The ingredients are good. It is a huge bottle for £27. I usually get smaller bottles of omega 3, 6, 9 oils or flaxseed oils or hemp seed oils. I will add this to my list to consider based on the volume. So far I am unable to tell if it has made any difference or whether any effects are those that you can't notice straight away visually or physically. It needs more time and comparison. I may consider buying again.

A great product but should be a smaller bottle sold for a cheaper price
Before I review this item I wish to give a couple usage tips. Use the very tip of a sharp knife or a hygienically cleaned pin to make a small hole in the foil seal as shown in one of my photos. Doing so will mean the product will drip out, making it far more manageable to measure out servings of half a teaspoon. The taste is okay but if you don't like it, simply use it as a dressing or mix it in to some food or condiment of your choosing. It is a great healthy product to consume but I have given it 3 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) It states to consume the product within 12 weeks. At 2.5ml per day, this equates to using 210ml. However the bottle contains 473ml. Which leaves 263ml left to consume. Taking another 105.2 days. It does state you can freeze the product. This will be quite awkward, even if freezing in weekly or fortnightly amounts. I suppose upon first opening, monthly or multiples of monthly amounts could be frozen and later defrosted. This is however a bit of a hassle. 2) As shown in another photo I have added to my review, the best before date of my received product is Jan 2023 (received in Sept 2022) meaning freezing will definitely be required in order to consume it at the stated daily dosage amount. Based on the stated dose and usage time limits, I really think a smaller sized quantity should be sold for a smaller price. Where the amount equates to 12 weeks of product as a maximum amount. As with many supplement products, some people have daily requirements to consume higher amounts than those stated as the serving size. After they have taken expert advice. Those who do have these requirements may well consume the bottle amount within twelve weeks and can avoid freezing some of the product.
