Hey, it's coQ10.....
What more needs to be said?? I needed to take 400 mg and THOSE capsules were so huge...like some kind of horse pill......not that I've personally ever taken a horse pill, but I have give a horse pills.....These 200 mg are really easy to swallow.

as they state to keep in a cool dry place
I did not get a chance to try the product as we were having over 100 degree days on the day it was delivered, so the product was melted inside the bottle and stuck together by the time I got home from work and got out of the mail box. You probably need a heat warning label for carriers when delivering these products as they are sensitive to heat...as they state to keep in a cool dry place. Hoping to pick up a bottle to try from a store soon.
